I was surprised when the customer service associate asked me for the credit card attached to my Walmart Pay account. I went to customer service with the eReceipt open on the app and the return. The next day when I went to another Walmart to return a pair of slippers my dad didn't like, I thought the eReceipt would make the return process easier. Unfortunately, my cashier didn't know how to do this, but a manager quickly resolved the issue.
